this also reminds me that there really should be a negation notation in filters to negate matches on authors and event ids, this would help a lot because asking 10 relays in parallel the same thing you are probably going to get somewhere between 1 and 10x as much as you asked for, probably on average somewhere around 3-8x as much, depending on where you are in the network in terms of number of users on the relays
