With Mutiny your lightning node runs in your web browser or app (not on Mutiny's servers, actually on your local device). With Wallet of Satoshi, they're running a lightning node on their servers and you just have an account with them (hence custodial).
The advantage of running your own node on something like Umbrel is that it's always on so you can receive 24/7. To receive on Mutiny you need to have Mutiny open (because that's when the node is running).
Downside of running your own node is managing liquidity, which is automated with Mutiny.
Still a lot of tradeoffs with all approaches.
