I’m not a lawyer, but it sure sounds like PlanB is in trouble. Once again, the justices sound like they want to make extremist law. We are so fucked. But women are even more fucked.
Reminder: had HRC not been “dirtied-up” by our own team in 2015-16, we’d likely have a 7-2 liberal #SCOTUS today.
