What's missing is quality materials in a format that can easily be used. Most of the time I spend on "study" at the moment actually goes on preparing materials. Or, I guess you could say what is missing is time 😅

Anki used to be good for flashcards, but the developer changed how it worked while I was using it and it broke all my decks, which he thought wasn't an issue. So I've never recommended it since. I use Repetitions instead.
