I seem to remember hearing the armorers and safety crew walked off that set after they had two negligent discharges from actors and they were not being listened to by the producer, Alec Baldwin. That's when the third, fatal negligent discharge occurred which he then proceeded to lie about saying the gun just "went off" (which isn't *really* a thing, and it has now been disproven). It's amazing, all that time spent campaigning against guns he can't be bothered to learn safety with them.
