I haven't called or emailed yet to confirm but I am pretty convinced our ISP just doesn't do IPv6 at all, and very likely does do some weird routing things on their residential segments, because telco.
I wish they were not making it so difficult to self-host. I got spoiled by centurylink of all companies.
