I gave up on anarchism years ago. It isn't going to work.
But I can explain the theory, which you got very wrong. Also, a lot depends on what flavor of anarchism you prefer. Mine was anarcho-capitalism.
First, you need rational and moral people (you can see we're already off to a near impossible start). They need to understand the first principles of justice, namely the golden rule and its converse, the nonaggression principle.
