Clip from the BBC today on the horror that is unfolding in The Gambia where religious hardliners are trying to reverse a ban on FGM so it becomes fully legalised and even more girls will be cut and mutilated.

I was very proud to see this piece featured The Vavengers which was founded by FGM survivor Hoda Ali who is one of the loveliest people I have ever met and who has suffered so much after she was cut as a child.
