The dilemma of exploring new spaces do you have them? I explored a new space today & after I introduced myself thr first person told me to go fuck myself, the second said git on up outta hya, the third said fuck you. Then I wrote some posts about sharing open source softwares & listed pastebin, simplex, collabora office, nostr, & send vis. Woop woop 2 gay admins come harassing me one locks all my posts so nobody can comment when theres 0 comments on each post except for one.

Then they both dm me asking me my intent for creating a community. Ones giving me a spheel about hoe my community is similar to another one so I should join them rather then create my own. The other ones like did something happen that you created your own community like why would you?

I created my own community because I want to maybe it's because I would rather lead with posts then follow & read someone elses. I shouldn't require something to happen to me to have a validation to use as justification as to why I create my own communities. For such a small instance the admins of it sure know how to harass a newcomer in under 48 hours of joining.
