Yeah so I'd look at Eastern euro fashions. Lots of wool kaftans or similar robes and presumably cloaks and brimmed hats to protect against the high amounts of rainfall. To keep with the theme armor would he tall, pointy helms with facial masks and long nasals with mail aventails and generally scale and lamellar cuirasses combined with mail.
HOWEVER, they'd likely be a lot more expensive than anywhere else because maintaining iron/steel armor in a climate as humid as a rainforest is an absolute bitch (you might actually see a lot of bronze use because of that). So lots of heavily armored dudes would be much rarer than the actual medieval period. You'd probably either see a big emphasis on large shields and the basic soldier would probably be a guy with a short, choppy swords (spears are awkward as fuck in dense forests), shields and helmets with appropriate clothing.
Bows and javelins are also likely to be rather popular because of the environment. Melee weapons that use less metal than a typical one handed sword are likely to be more common because it's easier to maintain them in a high humidity climate and covers/sheathes to keep away rain is almost universal for edged iron/steel weapons.
Likely no cavalry at all to speak off and their preferred way of war is small unit action and raiding. I.e, skirmishing troops.
