I should get better at taking note of the recipes I make up, I did not for this one (was just having fun 🧑🎨), but it’s one of those that are really forgiving and easy to tell when you’ve got a good mix by the consistency.
I used approximately:
1 cup of pure cacao butter
1 cup walnuts
1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts
1/3 cup flaxseeds
4 organic eggs
2 ripe bananas
1 scoop of Levels grass-fed whey (it works wonderfully in baked goods)
1 tspn of vanilla extract
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
1/2 tspn baking powder
And feel free to use a bit of your preferred sweetener if it taste like it needs more (I added a splash of maple syrup towards the end).
Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Bon appétit. ✨
