so apparently in the newest kde plasma update, they made it so that when you have an opened mpv window, and you drag an audio file from the file manager, the mpv window won’t automatically hide itself.

basically the default behavior typically on windows, applied to linux (at last)

but, if you happen to press alt+tab during any of this, mpv will crash (segmentation fault) for some fucking reason. and because of muscle memory, i kept accidentally crashing mpv
