Every post I've seen about West Portal tragic accident has been pointing to a reactive solution which is closing streets or adding sign stops. I agree this will help, but everyone should be focusing on a proactive measure instead. No one is talking about how easy is to get a driver's license in California. At no point you are subject to a test that measures your reflexes or your mental fitness to drive. Some people shouldn't be driving, and it's not only an age thing. #SFBA
