He wasn't the seller, that's my argument.
He created (supposedly, there's proof he didn't start the project itself) a place where other people were selling drugs AND other stuff.
Drug dealers that were caught are already out from years, he was the only one still in prison. Even the FBI agents that stole from silkroad after catching him are out since years.
