On the other hand, I have rest of the container to play with. Just whipped some with (lactose-free) milk for a shake, which was very frothy and pretty tasty. The pectin made it excessively filling. It will probably be good for my guts. Pretty expensive way to get dietary pectin, but also fun and easy to use.
