I've always thought #Apple's move into ‘services’ would rot the company, by making it increasingly interested in rent-seeking rather than making things people want. This is the first time it's really directly affecting me though, by screwing up #Patreon , and the billing I use and vastly prefer (per work, rather than monthly).
