gut Section 230 strip protection from civil liability from Internet platforms that don't meet arbitrary Government "standards of neutrality, transparency, fairness, and non-discrimination"?
This is literally what section 230 said anyway. To get 230 protection you need to be a neutral "content platform", and explicitly not make 'editorial' content decisions. There is a carve-out for illegal, graphic and "otherwise objectionable" content and rn the publishers in platforms' clothing just drive dumbstrucks full of editorial content moderation decisions through the "otherwise objectionable" loophole.
