I honestly think that's the case. I find your doctor's journey interesting. I can't say much for overall health since I'm not tracking anything other than my weight and how I tend to feel, but... I'm way better off at ~85lbs down in ~11 months. Just eating mostly meet is the easiest "diet" I've ever been on.
