Followers come and go, so I feel it's worth asking again in case someone new sees this. I have a 40-cell display from 1998. I got it on Ebay. It connects with a weird connector I had to adapt to serial, and from there to USB. Some kind of ten-pin thing. It's made by Baum, but was resold by a different company. It has 4 modes: Baum, mode 1, mode 2, and mode 3. The battery is shot, but I have a power adapter. No matter what I do, I can't get it to work with NVDA. Is there any hope?
