I found I was able to host my personal website at home using AT&T Fiber in the US using their provided router with just a couple router config steps:

1. Under Home Network > IP Allocation, allocate a static IP to my server, which is plugged in via ethernet to the router.
2. Under "Firewall > NAT/Gaming", forward both HTTP and HTTPS traffic to the server's IP address.

Reportedly, their DHCP IPs are very stable, so I'm skipping buying a static IP for now.
