Trump signed a proclamation issuing a “complete & unconditional pardon” to EVERYONE “convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021,” aside from 9 members of the #OathKeepers & 5 members of the #ProudBoys, whose sentences he commuted.
