Freezers are tough on jars for sure. I’ve lost more broth that way. 😓 Unfortunately I just can’t do the estrogen chemicals from the plastics it causes me even more pain, I also avoid soy fanatically. Getting food out is rough as well. Now I just try to make everything at home.
