I don't think so tbh. Trump and his crypto army is pro KYC and they have to if they want to pump the crypto market and want to control it. They will watch all very very closely. No gov or institut etc would spend billions of usd in a asst without to have some kind of control. With KYC and a lot of miners which drop "strange" TX they have that.
