Well, that doubt has been built in to all solar growth assumptions for the past 2-3 decades - and I rarely have seen a forecast more consistently wrong for so long as solar build-out forecasts have been.
Most of the world hasn't even STARTED solar build-out yet. Huge populations are energy starved, and solar is the cheapest energy available to them. So, sure, individual markets may be saturated, but globally? I doubt it.
