the idea that price is some how information dense is so flagrantly absurd, it's no wonder economists shit the bed repeatedly.

It would be taking a person, putting them in a blender, and distilling them down to elemental compounds in a centrifuge, and calling it "information dense" because of all the factors that have been reduced into that molecular count. the person is also dead at that point.
