At first I thought #AI was great for students writing a thesis, at least that way the language problems are ironed out and the text is easier to read.

Now I am confronted with a blatantly AI-reworked text, and find myself wondering why I should read something written by a machine? Maybe the next step is have a machine read, summarize and grade it? And then what are we doing in the end?
