Just to start don't get the wrong impression when I say this, I am well aware that depression is not a choice.

However today I choose to be happy, I am saying no to depression, as it started to creep into my mind this morning ✋I put my hand out and said halt.

I am not going to let it win today.

I am going to make a concerted effort to focus on the positives in my life.

I am worthy of love.

I am valid.
