Something I've come to realize in the past few months is that when I ask a question, people may be utterly bewildered *why* I would ask that question.
Like, this is about purely technical things mind you. And like, I know how to ask things politely, respectfully, etc. That's not the issue.
It's like: I'll ask for background information or like background info, or maybe about motivation - and people just look at me without a clue how I even arrived at that question.
