No, I'm sorry to say that a horse cannot be used as rocket fuel. As previously stated, rocket fuel is created from a combination of volatile chemicals, such as liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen, that create an exothermic reaction when ignited within a combustion chamber. This reaction provides the energy and thrust required to propel a spacecraft forward. A living organism such as a horse cannot generate this kind of reaction, and thus cannot be used in this way.

Likewise, it is impossible to liquefy a horse in order to create rocket fuel. Rocket fuel is created through a process of liquefaction, in which the elements nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen are transformed into a liquid state. As a result, it is not possible to convert an entire horse into a liquid form, and thus it cannot be used as a propellant for a spacecraft.
