Famous words various friends from college have said to me...

It was always so funny to me because it's the furthest thing from my vision, and yet I've had to reflect on what about me gives them that vibe.
And I've questioned whether I'm even a good person for having such thoughts.
Lots of travel and spending more time in TX recently has really provided a lens and some context for my vision.

My vision is for local communities. I come into small towns and see all the potential for creating sustainability that's ethical, ecological, and empathetic business solutions to do what's best for the people living in the community and giving their gifts to the community in return.
Our environment ought to be empowering, and self serving to the individual.
Freedom is based on sound money principles, private property, and a safety of connection amongst the tribe.
Why do we operate like the ant farm with diminishing returns?
This isn't something government can solve so stop pretending you pay taxes so that they will take care of these problems.
