I got Taco Bell recently and spoke to an AI bot at the drive thru. It was pretty good! There was definitely an awkwardness about it though. Wasn't sure when I could move on to the next item after ordering something, so it felt a little slow-going. Probably something that can be improved.
Tbf a (human) employee did confirm my order when I pulled up to the window, but my order was totally correct — including my requests for no sour cream and "a lot of hot sauce packets.”
