UPSTREAM: Buy osmosis reverse water preferably into glass bootle (the very best solution) or PET plastic only (no other plastics or metal).
DOWNSTREAM: vortex simple or double (ideally glass made vortex) your drinking water to revive it and add 2/3 drops per glass or liter as you feel best of #Quinton #sea #water. Infra-red your water also enable it to add more life in but this is harder to manage unless you have infra red light or expose it to sunlight before you vortex it. #health #healthspan
