I’ve been writing emails to them for 10 years, calling out every piece of shit decision they’ve made, starting with their old worthless nicad batteries. I just bought my 3rd from them in 2 years. All are running hot, straight and normal, with better than average suckage. ALL the others brands are total garbage.
