I just realized that two days ago marked a major milestone in my transition other than egg crack and starting HRT. It was the first anniversary of the day I came out to my wife(the first person I came out to in general). While I had come to terms with being trans months prior, this is when it started to feel "real" and I finally started taking steps to transition(I think I scheduled my first HRT appointment the next day). It was a bit rough going at first(admittedly, I wasn't doing a great job at communicating at the time), but after a few weeks things really started to improve and has continue on a generally upwards trend and now she enthusiastically supports my transition.
