That's actually the same dead end that I ran into. There was a person who collated the Robomoji they found and tried to source them as best they could in that git. I even tagged Luna to ask for more info but got no response (not that I'm entitled to one).
As best as I can tell, robomoji was modified from Mutant Standard by a bunch of people making their own additions. They are presumably CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 since they all derive from that original Mutant Standard emoji which is licensed under it and that license is contagious.
