I had another customer reach out with a similar issue, and we were able to trace it back to their networking hardware. Specifically Plume had oddly placed Plinky and other apps like The NYT Games on some blocklist.

I was wondering if the same thing could have happened with you — could I bother to ask who makes your networking hardware? That way I can reach out to have it fixed too.
