How do you get Google to add the name of a missing private way?

Our house is on what the city documents refer to as either Privada del Neldo, or Privada de Neldo. What the official sign calls Callejón de Meldo, and what the unofficial sign calls Callejón de Neldo. And what Apple Maps (probably from Open Street Map) calls Privada de Meldo. Google Maps calls it a dotted line.

Our deed calls it Callejón del Neldo and specifies our street number.

The major grocery store, and Walmart, both use the same delivery software that uses Google Maps. The software is very aware that it’s hard to find addresses here, so it lets you enter three things.

The street name and number
The cross streets (we are at the end of two)
A map pin

When you go to enter the map pin, it offers suggestions based on 1 (but apparently not 2). Those suggestions are nowhere near us. Like, kilometers away. So we scroll to the right location and drop a pin. At which point it tells us we are too far from the address, so it won’t take the pin.

When we contact the store, they say it’s our problem, we have the address wrong. We don’t.

Delivery drivers therefore go to the wrong end of town, then call us, and are very unhappy.

So it occurs to me that it might be easier to fix this by getting Google to label the damn alley. Any thoughts?

Alternatively, we could crate a business name, and maybe put that in the order form, but I’m dubious that will work.

P.S. if it matters, please note that none of these things are drivable, but that’s true of 99% of the town’s streets.
