No food and only black coffee and water sun up to sun down. I use the hunger cravings to remind me to pray and thank God for all my blessings.
The key for me is to not gorge as soon as the sun goes down. I also like to get up and eat something very small before sun rise to get my stomach working. I have rolled this into 2-10-2-10 but I normally F it up on the weekends.
