This trend of rebel canners pisses me off. Y'all are gonna get people killed.

There's not many publications put out by the us govt that I have faith in, but I believe in the USDA Home Canning Guidelines more than I believe in the Constitution, and if you're trying to can and preserve something that cannot be safely done according to the USDA Home Canning Guidelines, don't fucking do it, please.
