The 2nd meeting referred to at Warwick, UK was organised as part of the eLib Programme that I was head of, for an amazing 5 years 95-2000! (It started the Warwick Framework, whose purpose passes me by after all these years! It was somewhat amusig hearing our American friends refer to Warwick - pronounced Worrick - as War-wick...)",
