Whoever sent me the 10k sat zap on this post, thank you, truly, very kind.

Was it sent anon though? For some reason I check the npub and get no response, even on the nostr.band site.

We just took a call from someone who is on the street, for the past week; it's not been too bad but tonight it's cold and wet. He called to see if we have space. I had to refer him to the only service which *may* have a bed available for the night.

It's really pissing me off. There should be more local provision, more services, but they've all been gobbled up and taken over by the local council who handle all referrals now.

Did I mention that it's pissing me off?

I wish there was more I could do. Maybe there is. But that'd take energy away from where I'm even more keen to spend it, solving another problem. So I feel bad that I won't do what I know could be done. Fucksake.
