Made some brown sauce. I've always wanted to try HP sauce, but it's expensive here in the States if you can find it to begin with. I finally found a recipe a few days ago that didn't require tamarind, which I also can't find around here.

This is the best sauce I have ever tasted. They said it was similar to A1 sauce, it's not, it's leaps and bounds better. Fruity, tangy, delicious.

Accidentally used white instead of brown sugar. Even with this mistake it turned out extremely well.
