Tonight I could have completed all my work in 30 minutes
But I stretched it out for 5 hours
Took like 7.5 bathroom breaks
4 or 5 smoke breaks
A snack break
I organized my toolbox just to look busy
Paid by the hour is stupid bc there is no incentive to work harder, faster, or with better quality and precision…. Bc if u get paid the same no matter what your doing just bc it’s on the clock by the hour
I can play that game too lol
Want me to be more productive, pay me more
