Incidents like the attack against World Central Kitchen and petty things like video I saw of an Israeli tank rolling over a piece of Gaza street art have left me convinced that the IDF, while it seems on its face to be a competent Western military, actually has a serious problem with discipline of the kind that stems from the moral rot that inevitably results from a whole people callously subjugating and exploiting another in their neighborhood over many decades.
