It is roughly 18 days since I contracted with a coach/trainer to help me to focus on my weight loss and regaining strength and fitness. I am around 2.5kg lighter than I was, and have lost nearly an inch around my belly!
I am really pleased and looking forward to the next 18 days.
It's amazing how helpful someone telling you to do the things you know you should have been doing has been. Clearly I need someone to tell me I'm a good boy from time to time.
