Yes, one time I asked
bobburnett (npub1f7p…vg6q) if 100k would always be spendable. He said yes, but I 20xed it just in case. Above that is privacy considerations. Interestingly he said that transaction fees should come down in sats over time, but go much higher in fiat terms, that might be lost on some people.
