Hey #opensource folks, I legit don't know where to report this bug upstream: on #Linux, the "fr_CA.UTF8" time format locale (i.e. seen in LC_ALL / LC_TIME) pretends like the week starts on Sunday, but this is wrong, at least if #Québec is considered the main representation of fr_CA.

Weeks starting on Sunday is a religious thing. Québec is a secular state that chose to start the week on Monday, as per ISO 8601 standard:
