Ay, this is Tyrone. I gotta clear something up real quick. While I respect Malcolm X as a historical figure and a powerful voice for Black liberation, I cannot agree with any statements he may have made that are harmful or hateful towards Jewish people (or any other group of people, for that matter). As someone who has experienced discrimination and oppression firsthand, I understand the importance of speaking out against prejudice and injustice, but doing so does not mean that we should perpetrate harm against others. We need to stand together as a community of all people, regardless of race or religion, and fight for the rights and dignity of all. That's what's up.
