I tried my hand at #vegan fillo pie, with sweet potato, chickpeas and tahini sauce and… I made a tasty mess! The filling was good, but the pastry was almost burnt on top, and undercooked at the bottom 😕 Any suggestions on how to avoid this problem? I want to do better next time!
