I’m Eleanor—though most call me El. I’m a certified holistic health coach, yoga instructor, and advocate for healing naturally. My journey began over a decade ago when chronic health challenges pushed me to seek answers beyond conventional medicine. Through years of exploration—including 15 years as a vegetarian and vegan—I discovered profound healing in the raw primal diet, yoga, and reconnecting with nature.
With two medical doctors as parents and a background in biology, I grew up immersed in science. But my personal struggles with digestive and autoimmune issues, along with mental health challenges, led me to explore deeper, holistic solutions. My studies with yogis and shamans taught me that true healing isn’t just physical—it’s mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic.
